Monoclonal antibodies that bind rat GluN2B ATD were obtained by immunizing mice with the purified intact GluN1-GluN2B NMDA receptors. IgGs were purified from hybridoma cell culture supernatant by Protein-A Sepharose. Fab fragments have been prepared by papain proteolysis followed by re-chromatographing onto Protein-A Sepharose to remove Fc. (Uniprot# Q00960)

Flow Cytometry: NMDAR2B Antibody (17) - Chimeric - BSA Free [NBP3-43544] - Paraformaldehyde fixed C6 cells permeabilized with 0.5% Triton were stained with anti-unknown specificity antibody (isotype control, black line) or NBP3-43544 (blue line) at a dilution of 1:100 for 1h at RT. After washing, the bound antibody was detected using a goat anti-rabbit IgG AlexaFluor 488 antibody at a dilution of 1:1000 and cells analyzed using a FACSCanto flow-cytometer.
