Nogo-B promotes NPC cell migration by regulating RhoA-SRF-MRTFA.A The STRING database showed that Nogo-B and RhoA were associated. B Real-time PCR showed that RhoA, MRTFA, and SRF were highly expressed in TW03 (left) and HK1 (right) cell lines overexpressing Nogo-B and NgR3.
