Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-29356]-Detection of human NFXL1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-NFXL1 antibody used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. NFXL1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-NFXL1 antibody , which recognizes a downstream epitope.
