Immunoprecipitation: NFX1 Antibody [NBP1-49932] - Detection of Human NFX1 by Western Blot of Immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-NFX1 antibody used for IP at 3 mcg/mg lysate. NFX1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-NFX1 antibodies which recognize other epitopes. For blotting immunoprecipitated NFX1 was used at 0.4 mcg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.Applications for NFX1 Antibody - BSA Free
