Goat Anti-Mouse TSLP Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF555) was biotinylated and incubated with the protein captured on the plate. Detection of the standard curve was achieved by incubating Streptavidin-HRP (Catalog # DY998)

Background: TSLP

TSLP is an IL-7 related cytokine secreted by multiple tissues. It interacts with the heterodimeric receptor complex consisting of IL-7 R alpha and TSLP R. Mouse TSLP stimulates the growth of thymocytes and mature T cells and also supports B cell lymphopoiesis.
