Western Blot:[NBP3-29971]-Detection of human MondoA by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa , Jurkat and HEK293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit antibody used for WB at 0. 04 µg/ml and 0. 4 µg/ml and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. MondoA was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit antibody , which recognizes an upstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds and 3 seconds.
