Application Notes
ELISA: NBP1-05183 binds free mouse NGAL in solution. NBP1-05183 forms an antibody pair for sandwich ELISA with NBP2-21746. It is recommended to use NBP2-21746 as a capture antibody and biotinylated NBP1-05183 as a detection antibody.
WB: NBP1-05183 can be used in Western blotting.
IHC: NBP1-05183 detects NGAL in paraffin-embedded sections in ischemia-reperfusion injured kidney cells from mouse (dilution 1:1000). Microwave pretreatment using Citrat buffer pH 6, is recommended.
