Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) prepared using NETN buffer from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-TASK-2 antibody NBP3-30333 (lot NBP3-30333-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. TASK-2 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-TASK-2..
