Western Blot: KCNK4 Antibody (13E9) - Chimeric - BSA Free [NBP3-43571] - Kelly cells lysate (35ug protein in RIPA buffer) was resolved via SDS-PAGE, and the subsequent blot was probed with NBP3-43571 at 1ug/ml before detection using an anti-rabbit secondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1 hour was used, and proteins were detected by chemiluminescence.
