Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-28993]-
Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-28993]-Detection of human Junctophilin 1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate from 293T cells prepared using RIPA lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Junctophilin 1 antibody used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. Junctophilin 1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Junctophilin 1 antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated Junctophilin 1, was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
