Western Blot: Using a DAB detection system, the detection limit for Influenza A H1N1 (A/Puerto Rico/8/1934) hemagglutinin is approximately 8 ng/lane under non-reducing conditions.Use of this antibody under reducing conditions is not recommended. This antibody will detect Influenza A H1N1 Hemagglutinin (A/Puerto Rico/8/34) in ELISA pair set (NBP2-79358). In a sandwich ELISA, it can be used as a capture antibody when paired with (NBP3-30994).
