Scientific Data Images for Human SUMO Pan Specific Antibody
Detection of Human SUMO by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of pan-SUMO. PVDF membrane was probed with 0.5 µg/mL of Rat Anti-Human SUMO Pan Specific Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # A-714) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rat IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF005). A specific band was detected for SUMO at approximately 17-19 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.Applications for Human SUMO Pan Specific Antibody
