ErbB2/Her2 in SK-BR-3 Human Cell Line.
ErbB2/Her2 was detected in immersion fixed SK-BR-3 human breast cancer cell line (positive staining) and THP-1 human acute monocytic leukemia cell line (negative staining) using Human Anti-Human ErbB2/Her2 (Research Grade Trastuzumab Biosimilar) Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB11043) at 5 µg/mL for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using Anti-human-Cy3 antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cell surface and cytoplasm. Staining was performed using our protocol for Fluorescent ICC Staining of Non-adherent Cells.Applications
