Dilution of 1:10,000 from the delivered solution. (The titer is defined as the dilution that gives 50 % of the maximum absorbance when tested with ELISA). Suggested concentration to use in ELISA: 1:10,000 from the delivered solution. Plates are coated with 400 ng/ml OVA-conjugated fenitrothion. HRP-conjugated anti-chicken-IgG as a tracer 1:8,000.
