Product Specifications
Immunogen
ESRP1/2 Antibody (23A7.C9) was produced by repeated immunizations of full length recombinant mouse Esrp-1 fusion protein. (Uniprot: Q8K0G8)
Reactivity Notes
A BLAST analysis of the immunizing protein sequence shows 100% homology with ESRP1/2 from mouse and a 91% sequence homology with ESRP1/2 from human, pig, rat, opossum, horse, cattle, panda, dog, and chimpanzee. The binding epitope of this monoclonal antibody has not been mapped.

Western Blot: ESRP1/2 Antibody (23A7.C9) [NBP1-77971]
Western Blot: ESRP1/2 Antibody (23A7.C9) [NBP1-77971] - 293T cell extracts. Lane 1: GFP-transfected. Lane 2: Esrp-1 transfected (arrow). Lane 3: Esrp-2 transfected. Each lane contains approximately 5 ug of lysate. Primary antibody was used at a 1:1000 dilution in PBS-T plus milk, and reacted for 1hr at room temperature. The membrane was washed and reacted with a 1:10,000 dilution of an anti-mouse ECL antibody for 1hr at room temperature. Molecular weight estimation was made by comparison to prestained MW markers.Western Blot: ESRP1/2 Antibody (23A7.C9) - BSA Free [NBP1-77971] -
ZNF71 isoforms in epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and patient survival. (A) Relative quantity of ZNF71, KRAB, and KRAB-less in qRT-PCR assays of NSCLC cell lines. (B) Western blots of EMT markers as well as endogenous ZNF71 and overexpressed ZNF71 in HEK-293T (top lanes). (C) EMT classification of NSCLC tumors based on the average expression rank of epithelial and mesenchymal markers. The table shows the final four phenotype categorization of patient samples. (D) The expression of 14 EMT markers in patient tumors grouped by four phenotypes defined in D. (E–I) Kaplan–Meier survival analyses of patient tumors grouped by four EMT phenotypes (E) and in each phenotype (F–I). The Epithelial phenotype had the best patient survival outcome, and the High expression overlap phenotype had the worst patient survival outcome; ZNF71 KRAB is a poor prognosis marker in both phenotypes.
