Western Blot:[NBP3-29887]-Detection of human PBE by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HEK293T , Jurkat and HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-PBE antibody used for WB at 0. 4 µg/ml and 1 µg/ml and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. PBE was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-PBE antibody , which recognizes an upstream epitope.
