Western Blot:[NBP3-30052]-Detection of human DEAF1 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa , HEK293T and Jurkat cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-DEAF1 antibody used for WB at 0. 4 µg/ml and 1 µg/ml and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. DEAF1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-DEAF1 antibody , which recognizes an upstream epitope.
