Detects mouse CCL6/C10 in Western blots. In Western blots, no cross-reactivity with recombinant human CCL1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 28, recombinant mouse CCL3, 4, 9, 11, 12, 19, 20, 21, 22, 24, 25, 28, or recombinant rat CCL20  is observed.

It is compatible with common acceptor dyes that absorb at the emission wavelengths of CoraFluor(TM) 1. CoraFluor(TM) 1 can be used for the development of robust and scalable TR-FRET binding assays such as target engagement, ternary complex, protein-protein interaction and protein quantification assays.
