Immunoprecipitation:ATXN1L AntibodyNBP3-30420] -Detection of human ATXN1L by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (0.5 or 1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ATXN1L antibody NBP3-30420 (lot NBP3-30420-1) used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. ATXN1L was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ATXN1L antibody BL20280. For blotting immunoprecipitated ATXN1L, NBP3-30420 was used at 0.4 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 minutes.Applications for ATXN1L Antibody - BSA Free
