Western Blot: AMOT Antibody [NBP1-78208] - Whole cell lysate from 293T (15 and 50 mcg for WB; 1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) and HeLa (H; 50 mcg) cells. Affinity purified rabbit anti-Angiomotin antibody used for WB at 0.04 mcg/ml (A) and 1 mcg/ml (B) and used for IP at 6 mcg/mg lysate. Angiomotin was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Angiomotin antibodies NBP1-78209 and NBP1-78210, which recognize downstream epitopes.Applications for AMOT Antibody
