RPL30 primer Products
Primers are designed to amplify DNA in intron 2 of the human RPL30 gene locus. RPL30 is an actively transcribed housekeeping gene with significant expression in all cell types. RPL30 is associated with modified histones targeted to active genes. Primer sets come premixed with forward and reverse primers at a concentration of 10 uM. Primers are compatible with all real-time PCR chemistries. Each primer set has been tested and validated by chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP).
