Fibulin 7: Proteins and Enzymes

Fibulin 7, also known as TM14, is a matricellular protein that interacts with Fibronectin, DSPP, and Fibulin 1. It can inhibit angiogenic tube formation and vessel sprouting and is associated with severe cardiac defects and craniofacial anomalies.
