ProteinSimple, a Bio-Techne brand, is here to support your research at every step of the way.
We have a variety of plans that will fit your requirements. All plans include an annual preventative maintenance which assists in keeping your instrument and your research running smoothly. In the event something does go wrong, you can have the peace of mind that you will have the best technicians ready to get your research back up and running quickly.
Plan Options
Platinum
All-inclusive service coverage provides on-site repair labor, travel and parts, plus an annual preventative maintenance visit. Minimize your instrument downtime with our highest priority on-site response time to avoid workflow disruptions.
Gold
Provides service coverage including on-site repair labor and travel, plus an annual preventative maintenance visit. Parts will be quoted and purchased separately for instrument repairs.
Silver
Annual on-site preventative maintenance visit to confirm instrument is functioning properly. On-site repair will be quoted and purchased separately for instrument repairs.
Depot
Provides depot (mail-in) service coverage including repair labor and parts, plus an annual depot preventative maintenance check. Includes shipping to and from our depot to streamline the shipping process.

(2) 10% discount on repair parts.
(3) Repair of customer’s instruments is at the customer site; if it cannot be repaired at the customer site it will be sent to the Depot for repair.
Shipping and packing are included when parts are included in the service plan.
(4) Offered at time of on-site visits by engineer. Remote updates available.
