Evaluating the icIEF 400 Cartridge: Enhanced Throughput for Maurice Systems

The Maurice icIEF 400 cartridge enables the analysis of 400 injections in 40 batches, and the Maurice cIEF cartridge enables 200 injections in 20 batches. In this study, both cartridges were compared for performance.

• A diverse set of molecules was analyzed including USP mAb standards, Mosunetuzumab, Belimumab, Abatacept, and AAV8
• Percent peak area values for each molecules were highly comparable between both cartridges, as was the reproducibility
• The study demonstrated that both cartridges are suitable for charge heterogeneity analysis of a variety of biotherapeutics, delivering high quality, fast, and reproducible results.
