The precipitated protein was detected. EasyBlot anti-Rabbit IgG Kit was used in Western blot.

Non-transfected (-) and transfected (+) 293T whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Myc tag antibody (NBP2-43691) diluted at 1:10000.
