Biological Activity for Taltirelin

Taltirelin is a synthetic thyrotropin-releasing hormone (TRH) analog. Displays ~ 30 - 100-fold more potent CNS activity and ~ 50-fold weaker endocrine activity than TRH. Antinociceptive and neuroprotective.
