Biological Activity for 7α,25-Dihydroxycholesterol

7α,25-Dihydroxycholesterol is a highly potent GPR183 (EBI2) agonist (EC₅₀ = 140 pM) and putative natural ligand for GPR183. Regulates migration of B and T cells expressing GPR183 in vivo. Desensitizes B cells and reduces their movement to splenic follicles.
