Product Description

BOP-JF646 is a fluorescent dual α9β1/α4β1 integrin inhibitor. Comprises BOP (Cat. No. 6047) conjugated to Janelia Fluor® 646 (Cat. No. 6148). Fluorogenic: fluoresces only once bound to integrins, enabling hassle-free no-wash experiments. Bright and photostable, enabling live cell tracking of integrin receptors over long time-course experiments. Excitation maximum = 655 nm; emission maximum = 672 nm.

Application of BOP-JF549 in Immortalized Human Keratinocyte Cells.

Immortalized human keratinocytes expressing a GFP-tagged alpha4 integrin were incubated with 10 μm BOP-Janelia Fluor® 568. Cells were incubated at 37°C and imaged using Nikon A1R confocal microscope. Scale bar = 10 μm.Image kindly provided by Willow Hight-Warburton; Kings College London.
