The variable region was obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant SARS-CoV-2 Omicron (XBB.1) Spike Protein. The antibody was produced using recombinant antibody technology.
Specificity
Specifically recognizes the SARS-CoV-2 Omicron XBB.1 Spike. No cross-reactivity with SARS-CoV-2 XBB.1.5, XBB, BF.7, BA.4/BA.5/BA.5.2, BA.2.75, BQ.1.1, B.1.617.2, B.1.351, B.1.1.7, D614G, Spike RBD, wild type, Alpha, Beta, Delta.
