Detection of Human Pannexin-3 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of SW1353 human chondrosarcoma cell line and Bowes human melanoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 2 µg/mL of Mouse Anti-Human Pannexin-3 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB8169) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF018). A specific band was detected for Pannexin-3 at approximately 49 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 8.Applications for Human Pannexin-3 Antibody
