Detection of Human/Mouse TIAM1 by Western Blot.
Western blot shows lysates of 293T human embryonic kidney cell line, HCT-116 human colorectal carcinoma cell line, and Neuro-2A mouse neuroblastoma cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Human/Mouse TIAM1 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF5038) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF016). A specific band was detected for TIAM1 at approximately 200 kDa (as indicated).
