Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-29619]-Detection of human GIGYF1 by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-GIGYF1 antibody used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. GIGYF1 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-GIGYF1 antibody.
