Western Blot: EXOSC3 Antibody [NBP2-22261]

Western Blot: EXOSC3 Antibody [NBP2-22261] - Whole cell lysate from 293T (15 and 50 ug), HeLa (50 ug), Jurkat (50 ug), and mouse NIH3T3 (50 ug) cells. NBP2-22261 used for WB at 0.1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.

Immunoprecipitation: EXOSC3 Antibody [NBP2-22261]

Immunoprecipitation: EXOSC3 Antibody [NBP2-22261] - Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP; 20% of IP loaded) from 293T cells. Antibodies: NBP2-22261 used for IP at 6 ug/mg lysate. EXOSC3 was also immunoprecipitated by another rabbit anti-EXOSC3 antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated EXOSC3, NBP2-22261 was used at 1 ug/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.
