Western Blot:[NBP3-28967]-Detection of human ETV3 by western blot and immunoprecipitation. Samples: Whole cell lysate from Jurkat , HeLa and HEK293T cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-ETV3 antibody used for WB at 0. 1 µg/ml and 1 µg/ml and used for IP at 6 µg/mg lysate. ETV3 was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-ETV3 antibody , which recognizes an upstream epitope.
