Clone b/e3 inhibits PROD activity in liver microsomes of PB-treated rats and inhibits ECOD activity in liver microsomes of PB-treated but not 3MC-treated rats. The CYP2B1 antibody recognizes the major barbiturate-inducible P450s in mouse and rat.
