Biological Activity for ProTx I

ProTx I is a selective Ca_V3.1 channel blocker (IC₅₀ values are 0.2 and 31.8 μM for hCa_V3.1 and hCa_V3.2 respectively). Also reversibly inhibits Na_V1.8 and blocks K_V2.1 channels.
