Background: IGFBP-rp1/IGFBP-7

Observational study of gene-disease association. (HuGE Navigator. This study supports the role of IGFBP-1, -3 and -7 as potential tumour suppressor genes in human breast cancer. IGFBP7 plays a potential tumor suppressor role in colorectal carcinogenesis.
