Western Blot: Glypican 1 Antibody (AbAb2-GPC1) - Chimeric - BSA Free [NBP3-45127] - Human skin tissue lysate (35 µg protein in RIPA buffer) was resolved via SDS-PAGE, and the subsequent blot was probed with the mouse version of this antibody, NBP3-45126, at 1 µg/ml before detection using an anti-mouse secondary antibody. A primary incubation of 1 hour was used, and proteins were detected by chemiluminescence.

The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show, from left-right, top-bottom, NBP3-45126, DAPI, merged channels, and an isotype control.
