Immunoprecipitation: Gigaxonin Antibody [NBP1-49923]
Immunoprecipitation: Gigaxonin Antibody [NBP1-49923] - Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-Gigaxonin antibody NBP1-49923 used for IP at 3 ug/mg lysate. Gigaxonin was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-Gigaxonin antibody NBP1-49924, which recognizes a downstream epitope. For blotting immunoprecipitated Gigaxonin, NBP1-49924 was used at 1ug/ml.
