Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-29978]-
Immunoprecipitation:[NBP3-29978]-Detection of human DCPS by western blot of immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate from 293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-DCPS antibody used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. DCPS was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-DCPS antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated DCPS, was used at 1 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 30 seconds.Applications for DCPS Antibody - BSA Free
