ZBTB38: Proteins and Enzymes

ZBTB38 can bind sequences containing a single methylated CpG and is a methyl-dependent transcriptional repressor. ZBTB38 has been found to be highly expressed in the brain. It may be involved in the differentiation and/or survival of late postmitotic neurons.
