TROY/TNFRSF19: Proteins and Enzymes
TROY, also named Toxicity and JNK inducer (TAJ) and TNFRSF19, is a member of the TNF receptor superfamily. Mouse TROY shares 92% amino acid sequence identity with human TROY in the extracellular domains. The two proteins also have 57% amino acid identity in their cytoplasmic tails. Among TNFRSF members, TROY is most related to EDAR, sharing 33% identity in their extracellular domains.
