OR2J1: Proteins and Enzymes

OR2J1, also known as Olfactory receptor 2J1, is a 35.5 kDa, 312 amino acid that is utilized in a 7-transmembrane domain structure to recognize and organize transit of olfactory signals. Current research is being conducted to study the involvement of the protein with diseases such as neuronitis. The protein interacts in GPCR and olfactory signal transduction pathways.
