CXCR2/IL-8RB: Proteins and Enzymes

CXCR2/IL-8RB is a member of the CXC chemokine receptor subfamily. Similar to other chemokine receptors, it is a G protein-coupled receptor (GPCR). Human CXCR2/IL-8RB is 360 amino acids (aa) in length with a predicted molecular weight of 41 kDa. The human protein shares 71% aa sequence identity with the mouse and rat protein.
