Biological Activity for KI-7

KI-7 is an adenosine A_2B receptor positive allosteric modulator. Potentiates the NECA (Cat. No. 1691) -induced increase in cAMP production in CHO cells expressing A_2B receptors. Also potentiates the effects of NECA and the A_2B receptor agonist BAY 60-6583 (Cat. No. 4472) in mediating osteoblast differentiation from MSCs in vitro.
