Detection of Alkaline Phosphatase in Human Liver Cancer.
Alkaline Phosphatase was detected in paraffin-embedded sections of human liver cancer using Mouse Anti-Human Alkaline Phosphatase/ALPL Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1448) at 1 µg/mL for 1 hour at room temperature followed by incubation for 30 minutes at room temperature with Anti-Mouse IgG VisUCyte HRP Polymer Antibody (Catalog # VC001).
