Detects mouse Serpin C1/Antithrombin-III in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, 100% cross‑reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Serpin C1 is observed and no cross-reactivity with rhSerpin A1, A3, F2, recombinant mouse Serpin D1 or A5 is observed.
