Human L-Selectin / CD62L ELISA Standard Curve

Recombinant Human L-Selectin/CD62L (Catalog # ADP2) was serially diluted and captured by Mouse Anti-Human L-Selectin/CD62L Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # BBA24) coated on a Clear Polystyrene Microplate (Catalog # DY990). Sheep Anti-Human L-Selectin/CD62L Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF728) was biotinylated and incubated with the protein captured on the plate. Detection of the standard curve was achieved by incubating Streptavidin-HRP (Catalog # DY998)

Background: L-Selectin/CD62L

L-Selectin (LAM-1, LECAM-1, LECCAM-1, TQ1, Leu-8, MEL-14 antigen, DREG, lymph node homing receptor, CD62L), is a cell surface glycoprotein expressed constitutively on a wide variety of leukocytes. It plays a role in the migration of lymphocytes into peripheral lymph nodes and sites of chronic inflammation, and of neutrophils into acute inflammatory sites.
