Immunoplates coated with CD9 antibody allow for enrichment of overall exosomes from human plasma samples.
Immunoplates provide flexibility for optimization of sandwich ELISA assays with additional detection antibody, as well as other downstream applications like RNA extraction.
Expiration date is 12 months. Stored up to 24 months (if unopened). After opening, buffers and solutions are good for 1 month, plate strips are good for 6 months. After reconstitution, standards can be stored at -20C for 1 month, -80C for 6 months. Avoid Freeze-thaw cycles.
