Bio-Techne’s VisUCyte™ HRP Polymer Detection Kits are an advanced research solution for streamlined and precise tissue staining. Our kits, consisting of biotin-free detection reagents, overcome challenges of avidin-biotin detection chemistry by providing faster and more efficient, specific staining on tissue sections. With the high sensitivity of VisUCyte™ HRP Polymer, primary antibody concentrations can be reduced by 2-3 times compared to conventional methods.

Our HRP polymer-conjugated secondary antibodies are versatile, reacting with all IgG subclasses, suitable for both manual protocols and tissue autostainers. Secondary  antibodies used for conjugation to HRP polymer undergo rigorous quality control, ensuring reproducibility. Detection of Vimentin in Human Kidney.

Tissue sections were first incubated with Mouse Anti-Human/Mouse/Rat Vimentin Monoclonal Antibody (MAB21052) and then subjected to staining development using Mouse/Rabbit IgG VisUCyte HRP-DAB Kit (Catalog # VCTS002B). Specific staining was localized to the cytoplasm. Note strong and high contrast specific tissue staining and the absence of non-specific background staining produced by the VisUCyte kit.
